So they can understand what we do with some of the competitive advantages I wish to conduct our daily lives. Whether counsel should be involved when signing one one? Lawyers should not be associated with signing one, but I'd recommend a lawyer review agreement before it is used to that there are no holes in it that could cost you your business. You may however wish the notary to ensure that there is a witness signature.
