Sba Business Plan Form

sba business plan form
I am trying to get capital for a small business and do not have collateral. Where can I find investors?

I have developed a mixed martial arts work out apparatus. The prototype has been built and I was granted a US Patent. I have a manufacturer ready to start production but I need additional funds for the cost of material and labor. I have already expended $20,000 of my own money but will need additional assistance from this point going forward.

I have a well formulated business plan but because my company is less than a year old and I have no form of collateral banks will not assist me even with the use of the SBA.

I am looking for a short term loan for $50,000 and would need 3 to 5 years to repay.

Any direction would be much appreciated.

Investors are often found through business contacts. In addition to the SBA, your local S.C.O.R.E. chapter may provide some help too. You can visit them on the web at (http://www.score.org/explore_score.html)

That being said, you may be looking for a venture capitalist. A quick search on the web will pull up lots of information to browse through.

Incidentally, if you haven’t already done so, I recommend a market test for your product. Your investors will probably ask if you’ve done one.

Good luck!
