Sample Business Plan For Restaurants
help with a business plan for a restaurant?
I put together a business plan to test business class, and I will be including demography. I'm doing some research on-site, five-mile radius of the area a good or is it too big or small?
I have no real evidence confirms this, but I suppose that it has less to do with miles and more to do with time travel. In large town 5 miles can be a 30 minute drive. I am a little town it could be 15 minutes. Type of restaurant can have a major impact on the willingness to travel longer than normal time, like nothing else. People may be willing to drive 40 minutes to get a really extraordinary dining experience, but only 15 minutes to go to the Quick restaurant. Then figure your demographic based on travel time not miles, and taking into account that when this trip to be done.
