Does anyone have a sample of a resume, I could…………?
I am back in the job market and have never written a resume. And from the ads for the jobs I am qualified for seem to be going that route first instead of application first, I need a sample of something that has been successful for someone else. Or if an employer out there would be so gracious as to help me get back to gainful employment I would be extremely grateful. My life plan got interrupted at age 41 and now at age 48 I am sort of at a loss in this job market today. Going from owing my own business{farm} for 17 years{i was successful} to public work is enough to give a person a complex, but I am going to sure give it a try, I feel like I am slowly fading away and I just can’t stand it! HELP!

There are some great resume examples here, too. The best thing about this site is that they show you a person’s resume in all 3 of the most common formats (chronological, functional and combination), so you can see how one person’s information looks in different formats. It is a neat approach and it’s also free.
