I’m not kidding. Our idiotic Mayor VivaLaRaza is imposing fines if you are caught watering or using too much. Citizens, businesses (restaurants), everyone. These Water Police will be driving around in blue Priuses wearing blue shirts writing citations. The mayor doesn’t care about gang violence or illegal aliens killing wantonly. Or how badly he and the city council mismanage taxpayer money. He wants to micromanage every part of our lives. **Seriously, if you plan on moving to California in general, Los Angeles specifically, DON’T DO IT. It is slowly turning into a cesspool of socialist diarrhea.**
One of the many reasons I left California. If you see the water police, spray them with water.
