Business Plan Ski Resort

Starting a jetski rental business and need some advice!?
Okay so here’s the whole enchilada;
My grandfather owns a beach resort up north and it’s great, it’s got everything you’d want in a resort (a spa, pool, good room service) but what I noticed was that it lacked any good entertainment. I’ve asked around and what most people want to see is jet-skis and toys like that.
I’m planning to ask my grandfather permission to open a small rental shop there when I see him tomorrow but I don’t know what I need exactly. I mean I obviously need to get someone to work there and the jetskis themselves and life vests.. but what else? Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks in advance!!!
A big thing I would be thinking about is insurance. One injury on a jet ski (and someone is sure to get hurt) and you will lose everything! You need insurance to cover damages to the jet ski, the people riding it and anything they hurt while riding it. So before you think about buying anything else, I would be ringing insurance companies to find out how much it would cost to insure your business!
