Start a small business medical transport?

I have an interest in starting small air medical care to patients in critical condition. I plan to rent or lease to rent small aircraft to fly minmize maintnence. I have 10 years experience in ICU and ER. I do not have much experience in the industry. But I have a few potential investors. My question is what is the best way to get my business off the ground. (No pun intended) How to write business plan or proposal for my investors and the bank if I need small business loans?

Business plans are not an easy thing to write. They should be very careful in all aspects of who, what, where and how it will work. You need to provide cash flow analysis, and expected revenue and market share. You can become very knowledgeable in the field of medicine, but if you do not have enough business experience, I would strongly encourage you to seed the help of industry experts.
