Free Business Plan Farm
Where can i get a free feasibility study template from?
I would like to set up a project aimed at getting disadvantaged and vulnerable groups of individuals back into work, particularly those with drug and alcohol issues.
The aim is to develop the opportunity for individuals to set up 4-5 small to medium business within one site (A farm)
We have limited funds but are in the process of finding funding to secure the land we need to start the projects off.
In order to do this we need to carry out a feasability study, and develop business plans to take to potential funders.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to consider:
The need for the project – have you identified beneficiaries?
The need for businesses to start up in that area – how accessible is the farm, what other local businesses are there, what would make customers come there?
The sustainability of the project – will the rent paid by the eventual businesses cover your support costs? On-going support to the business people.
Who are you working in partnership with?
Who is going to deliver the support in terms of business start up and drug and alcohol issues?
The risks – in terms of funding, lack of beneficiaries, beneficiaries not being successful, etc
