Is obama’s plan to give business a 1 year 3k tax break if they hire a person gonna work?

I think the cost is more than the reward.

There is no business that is going to hire someone for a year full time to get a 3K tax break. That is what Obama said “Full time for a year.”
That is so stupid.
If I am hiring a person because I “need” a full time employee then every little bit helps. However I would never hire because of the tax credit which is what Obama thinks.
Also only 1% of small businesses pay capital gains Obama.
