If I have sent the company's business plan, and they use it without me, so I have some rights to my idea?
I made a business proposal for well-known company. I sent them a few letters to various leaders who made suggestions on video YouTube. They wrote back, asking for basic information about me. Even 2 months later, the company uses exact ideas / suggestions. Should I have any right to counsel on this? If I do what the lawyer should I buy? This is not true that they will steal my ideas, so they can earn more money.
Every time the idea of sending a business you should get it copyrighted. Poor, Do it in the mail a copy of your ideas for themselves and not open the letter. This will be a message on until you publish date in writing. But when working with large companies you have no chance. Moreover, it is necessary go to the Department of the patent, if your idea is similar to one another. Good luck.
