Business Plan Shooting Range

Bought my Glock at 21 years old…?

Just curious to how the polymer frame will hold up with age? Glock has been around for roughly 25 years in the business and are making some very good handguns. Do you think (as I never plan on selling the handgun) it will last and shoot good 50 years later when I am 71? And I will take care of it and maybe shoot it at the range 5 times a year. Thanks.

The longevity of a weapon depends on it’s makeup and the amount of rounds fired through it. A Glock uses lightweight synthetic polymer components which are very sturdy. There are lots of parts to a weapon, and over time you’ll have to replace a thing or two, but yes it can last 50 years + if you take care of it.
