In 2000 the Kabayan Shoe Company was established city of Marikina Philippines, the company has 10 working staff 5 of them are assigned in the factory and other are assigned in the office for papers works and marketing task. For almost 10 years of producing quality shoe the company is planning to export their product internationally in order for them to compete globally and increase their revenue.
The company is looking for a marketing strategy that will answer their needs in expanding their business internationally.
The following question will help the company to resolve these issues: Read and analyze the question thoroughly.
1.) What advice will you give or suggest to the company
2.) What marketing strategy that suite to the needs of the company?
3.) What are the assurance you will give to the company if they will adopt the suggested solutions?
1. The company must establish first the sure market and determined
if their pricing and quality is capable to compete.The company
must hire additional skilled manpower and purchase right machine
to cope up market demand.
2. Advetise the product intenationally; like creating a website.
3. If you have an assured market, then it is time to expand. Without a
market no need to expand.
