chance at univeristy?

i live in australia but i plan on going to university in america because i have dual citizenship. i want to do an undergraduate business degree not sure which one yet, and i plan on going to a school with a really well ranked business program such as NYU. Im about to start grade 11 in australia and ive been a B+ student throughout high school although i havent really tried to hard in all my subjects. But in qld only 11 and 12 count towards my op which is the ranking giving to students. Ive chosen subjects which ive gotten straight a’s in all through school and if i stay true to form in these subjects i should get an op 1 or 2 which are the top 2 bands. if i do get these marks ill be able to attend pretty much any university in australia but what are my chances for getting in a good school in the US

You need to take an exam, the SAT’s but your grades are good so if you do well on that you will be fine.
