Business Plan Proposal Example

Short written proposal example?
Does anyone actually have a proposal I could look at?
It needs to be very short and to the point, its not a complete business plan I am looking for. Just the language to use and the bulletpoints to use.
Here is a project proposal I used as a blueprint for one of my business classes. I hope this helps.
