Is buying a 3 year old computer off ebay a good idea?
I want to buy/build a computer (for decent gaming) and found a good deal on ebay. The only problem is its used and I’m not sure if I should buy or not. The guy told me it was used as a business computer for 3 years and claims its in good condition. He is selling it at $240. Here are the specs:

I’m not worried about the graphx card since I’m planning on getting a gtx 260 superclocked ed.
Help me decide on this….
I am kinda on a budget so if possible can anyone point out cheap-ish parts for building a decent pc?
I see no power supply, I see no mobo numbers, sounds like someones junk to me
