Business Plan Physician

What career fits me the best?
I am very bright (always had A’s, etc.),and enjoy helping people. I’m interested in politics, business, research, especially the sciences. I’ve spent most of my life in the lower-middle income bracket, so I want a career where money will basically be a non-issue. I plan (hope?) to go to an Ivy League school within the next few years, preferably Harvard or MIT.
Careers that have interested me are investment banking before eventually starting my own investment firm, being a physician-scientist and eventually starting a biotech company, or working as a lawyer before entering politics.Based on the above, what do you feel would fit my personality the best or do you have any suggestions for other careers that would better fit me or closely integrate the above fields?
I took the MyMajors survey and the top results were Biomedical engineering, economics, labor relations, and public administration. So it basically matched the 3 careers I’m interested in.
