Why hasn’t anyone isolated the pathogen that causes Alzheimer’s?
The degradation of the brain (i.e. the plaque build up) is caused by inflammation, and inflammation can be controlled by NSAID’s, but the correct dosage has yet to be established.
Producing a drug to remove the plaque may be of some benefit, but money would be better spent locating and treating the source of the inflammation (i.e. either viral or bacterial).
Research has shown that there is a high probability of a pathogen being involved. It is likely that the person or persons who isolate the pathogen will win the Nobel prize in medicine.
The potential for NSAID’s as a management tool for this class of disease is seen by business interests as non-profitable, therefore there are no large scale studies on the efficacy of the proposed treatment are planned, and smaller studies have produced mixed results.
The last time I asked this question, the only reply I received was from a representative of a pharmaceutical company.
Interesting question!!
Potentially important new thinking about Alzheimer’s Disease (AD*) is suggested by two questions:
Pathogens in Alzheimer’s
1). Does unprotected oral sex transfer pathogenic material to oral bacteria (spirochetes like Treponema Denticola) that migrate along the trigeminal nerves, from mouth to brain, eventually triggering Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s Disease?
2.) Could special antibiotics offer preventive treatment and cure?

This paper provides a synopsis of the current evidence of how pathogens, both Herpes Simplex Virus type I and Chlamydophila (Chlamydia) pneumoniae are involved in Alzheimer’s disease and concludes that pathogens have the ability to cause late-onset sporadic Alzheimer’s disease, by far the most common form of Alzheimer’s disease (accounts for >90 percent of all cases). In addition, this form of Alzheimer’s disease does not have associated genetic mutations, but does have genetic susceptibility or risk for individuals with certain genes for apolipoprotein E (APOE-4).

ALZHEIMER’S
The Diseases
Caused mostly by metals from mercury in amalgam (also Vaccines), along with Aluminium found in cooking utensils (amazingly still being sold and used), vaccines and other drugs such as Antacids (see: Louis Blank). Reversible with Chelation therapy, suppressed for decades, with the charities playing their part–”Caring for Dementia” says it all. Don’t expect the dentists and Allopaths to admit a 50 year + liability and the fact non-allopathic medicine can reverse one of their ‘incurable’ diseases, for one thing (apart from the lucrative income), it suits the powers that be given their Covert genocide agenda.

No one factor appears to cause Alzheimer’s disease. Instead, scientists believe that it may take a combination of genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors to trigger the onset of symptoms. While the causes of Alzheimer’s are poorly understood, its effect on brain tissue is clear. Alzheimer’s disease damages and kills brain cells.
Two types of brain cell (neuron) damage are common in people who have Alzheimer’s:
–Plaques. Clumps of a normally harmless protein called beta-amyloid may interfere with communication between brain cells. Although the ultimate cause of neuron death in Alzheimer’s isn’t known, mounting evidence suggests that the abnormal processing of beta-amyloid protein may be the culprit.
–Tangles. The internal support structure for brain cells depends on the normal functioning of a protein called tau. In people with Alzheimer’s, threads of tau protein undergo alterations that cause them to become twisted. Many researchers believe this may seriously damage neurons, causing them to die.
