Business Plan Partnership

I have a business concept on opening a candy shop. To get franchises or partnership.?
I have contacted an oversea candy shop supplier. And the Company is interested in partnership in oversea. Basically, they sell candy sweet, chocolate and some of their own label soft toy. I am consider a new comer and does not have any back ground and wish to go into this business bring the products into my country but it is difficult to know where to begin. Basically, I just don’t know where to begin. How can I convince other party to join in , or do I need a business plan? How do I go about starting since they are interest? Do I look for an investment angel, or do I take out a small business loan?
Hi,
If you are serious about this, YES, you must get a business plan. If you don’t know where to get started, now is not a very good time. I suggest u hire a professional business plan writer, talk to him for a few times to get the idea and then get your partners, accountant and lawyer together in a meeting together when you talk to him/her once you know roughly what to do.
Why is a business plan important? If you want investors, you MUST have a plan to show that your business is proven to be profitable and you have plans for it short and long term.
Don’t let all these dampen your feelings, you have the business mind, let someone professional do the planning with you. All the best my friend, and do tell us where your candy shop is, give us a discount . lolz
All the best!
