Help planning a conference week! (school assignment)?
I have been selected to submit a proposal for the location of the 2015 Nation Leadership Conference for Business Professionals of America.
Recent locations are Reno, Nevada; Dallas, Texas; Orlando, Florida; Anaheim, California; Washington, DC; and Chicago Illinois.
I need a City with:
1. Hotels with Guest rooms, Meeting rooms, and Large Venues for opening and closing sessions.
2. Leisure activities for all participants to do in down time.
3. Dinning Options
4. Affordability
If you have city suggestions or any other help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Denver is an absolutely great option!
I would suggest Louisville. It is relatively centrally located (5 hrs from Chicago, 6 from Atlanta, 4 from St. Louis). It has an international airport. A lot of hotels and a million of activities. I would definitely suggest the downtown area.
