Business Plan Organization Structure

How to run a children’s talent quest.?
We are planning a talent quest for children and would like ideas for it. We were thinking of modelling the structure off America’s got talent. Dance groups, singers, solo acts, magicians, comedians, and basically any talent the children have are welcome. It will be a one day event and there will be about 70 children involved (we are a school vacation care business). Any ideas on other act suggestions, organisation of the day, or tips on how to run a children’s talent quest would be great
Ignore that self important arsehole above.
It sounds amazing! Make sure there the kids know that they can perform any style they like (you might want to draw the line at burlesque, etc
so they can express their individuality.
If you can, organize heaps of encouragement prizes, even little things like highly commended ribbons or chocolates just to keep as many happy as possible.
Use it as an opportunity to teach the kids about performing and competing in a professional manner and prepare for a few backstage tears.
It sounds like heaps of fun.
