Business plan for hotel?

Do any of you have any business plan on opening a hotel.. can anyone give me sites that can help me on preparing the business plan especially on the operational section

What i really meant is, if any you have some example of rancangan perniagaan especially regarding the operational section,like the overhead cost and such. hope you all can help me
thanks Jones C, the for the moment i have the fund to be used in operating a hotel. What i concenrating more right now are about the cost, direct or indirectly on the operation of a hotel.

but i am clueless about hotell business but I wouldnt recommended it needs alot of money and alot of engery to make it big and attract ppl to it. besides what city ur makin it in? most of those summer vacation cities are expensive to buy lands there
