Business Plan On Restaurant

business plan on restaurant
Can a 2000 square foot restaurant seat 80 people?

I am doing a business plan for FBLA competitions and have no idea how many people fit in certain size lots. I’m looking for a space that can hold 60-80 people.

Is 60-80 people a reasonable amount of people to plan on having as a restaurant seating capacity of is that way off??

My restaurant is an Italian sit down, full service place.

NOTE: I am not actually opeinging a restaurant. I am in a Business Plan Writing cmopetition

Yes, definitely. My old restaurant was 2000 sq. ft. on the top floor alone. You just have to figure out the optimal seating chart for 80. I had squeezed 90 in the basement once for a banquet with long tables. But my optimal seating in the main dining room turned out to be about 56.
