Economic Objectives for a spa resort?
Hey guys, I am putting together a business plan for school, and need some help. I have no idea where to start when it comes to economic goals for the spa resort. I need things like:
- goals for costumer growth, profit growth in intervals of 3 months, 6 months, annually, be creative
- economic goals specific for our spa (amount of services provided, etc.)
- economic goals for our golf courses (lessons given, players, balls purchased, tee times purchased, etc.)
- economic goals specific to the hotel (visitors increasing in time intervals, etc.)
