Beginning Nightclub / Music Venue?

Ok so I am very young to become an entrepreneur in this field, but you have to start a day. Anyway, I try to start two in the same place the music and nightclub. I'm a Business Plan Formulated, truly interested investors, property and everything works. Are there any practical experience in a building in that direction? This is a perfectly legitimate operation advice will be appreciated and someone you could put me in contact with it would be great. Thanks
