Should I just claim my Associate of Science? ?

I was planning on finishing out my core with MSU before transferring to another school. Well to finish the core i’d have to go this semester and next.. with 2 more classes… (full time in the summer) I’d be able to claim my associates.
I’m planning on going for business Administration but MSU-GF doesn’t offer it so that is why i’m transferring.

So should I just claim the associates? Does it make a difference when transferring. Do they still look at what classes were taken and what credits you have? Or do they say, ok you have an Associate of Science go ahead and start on your BBA?

I would recommend claiming the Associates Degree. It may or may not make a difference in transferring- like others have said that depends wholly on the school you are transferring to and how well the credits mesh with their program- but it’s something you can put on your resume.
Worst case scenario, if something comes up and happens while you’re finishing your bachelor’s degree you still have one completed degree for your resume. However, even if that doesn’t happen and you get your Bachelor’s degree you can still list two separate degrees from different schools on your resume, which doesn’t hurt anything!
