Business Plan Management Team

help on school project?

I am presenting to my class today a management plan for an established business that is being run ineffectively. i wanted to know if theres anything else i can do to increase my chances on getting an A. i wrote a 16 page report including table of contents & index. i preprared a power point presentattion pointing out the most important issues. My instructor said to present as if we were trying to get hired into the company’s management team. i just want to know if theres anything else i have to do. should i make business cards and pass them out to the class. should i bring snacks. is my report long enough. what else is needed in a business meeting? do i hand anything out? i want to give everyone a copy of my report so they can keep track with what i’m talking about but my report is 16 pages long!!!!! Can anyone help me

You don’t need to hand out copies of the 16 page report. This would normally be emailed to the attendees later. You should though hand out paper copies of your powerpoint presentation so folks can follow it during the meeting. Snacks are fine but wait until after your presentation ….. scrunch scrunch scrunching would be distracting for everybody
