Business Plan Logos
Small business question. Planning to start a t-shirt biz, do I need an acn?
Until I am hopefully a success, I will be sending my designs to a company that prints on t-shirts, hoodies and accessories, (one day I would like to print them myself if all goes well).
It would be a one man show, until hopefully it kicks off so;
Would I need an ACN or can I just become a sole trader with an ABN?
The Abn will not be my name it will be the logo I plan to create.
I will hopefully sell on ebay, have a website with link to ebay store, and sell at markets and other avenues.

ACN refers to an Australian Company Number – relating to a registered company. You would not normally set up a company yet – but may be a good idea later on.
Initially, you will proabably set up the structure of your business as a sole trader, maybe with a registered business name. You will need an ABN if you do this.
The best advice that you can get at this time, is to talk with a qualified accountant
