New York : Jiffy360.com who is soon coming with there biggest online shopping mall for IT products is planning a IPO by the end of 2011 if everything goes fine Jiffy360′s chairman Rahul Malhotra may become world’s richest person under age of 25 which will boost the value of his 51% of his shareholding to Rs 4590 crore if they issue share at Rs 100 and it at lists at Rs 150. Jiffy360 is planning to raise Rs 600 crore to expand there current business and to add more companies to there portfolio through acquisitions.

And may then go to jail.
