I plan to make a website for free advertising?

So here's what I want to do. For every business in my town, the One after the other and give them a 1 page handout. He will ask them for their company name, phone number, address, hours, and a brief description of an item. They do not pay a penny. I'll do it free, because I try to help other small business owners. Should I worry about any contracts Events?, Again, will it all be free. They give my content (I will make sure that it is suitable), then I'll send it in my free website. I just want to make sure that I do not have problems down the line. I do not think I will, but I want to ask you for advice:) Thanks in advance!

Before proposing any effort to get publicity, I think your will offer viewers. You could have passengers and crew Ship advertising on the site, but if you do not offer get viewers to visit your page just in the library.
