Has anyone here ever become a ceritified personal trainer through online courses?
i want to know if anyone here has been certified through the national certification of sports medicine or other personal trainer certifications through online courses and exams. And if you have how successful have you been in the personal training business. I want to know because i went to a site by the national association of sports medicine that offers their programs for $700 to $800 to become a certified personal trainer and im planning on doing this since im big on health and fitness. Thanks for the help
Those “certifications” are worth less than the paper they’re written on.
If a “certified” trainer is are not qualified to teach gym class to 2nd graders, then he shouldn’t be trying to teach adults how to work out.
