About ENT clinics (Ear, nose, and Throat)?

I am taking this health class, and i am supposed to create a out-patient Pediatric ENT clinic business plan and get ideas from people.
I created a name for the clinic already, got my goals and objectives.
The question now is the advantages of having more ENT clinics around for children. Why is there a need for PEDIATRIC ENT clinics.

When I was 9, I was diagnosed with sinus polyps. The pediatrician I was going to didn’t know very much about it, so he recommended me to a local ENT. After a few visits, it was decided that the best course of action was to surgically remove the polyps. The ENT did an amazing job, and I am very thankful to him. ENT clinics would provide more specialized health care to children who need it. A child is structurally different from an adult, so you need doctors who are aware of these differences. A child goes to a pediatrician, not an adult doctor, so why, when a special circumstance requires a different doctor, why would you go to someone used to treating adults? Pediatric ENT’s are needed to effectively treat the children of today.
