* Doctors Primary Health Care assistance and general surgeons practicing in areas such as central cities and rural areas to get 10% bonus.
* Medicare Advantage plans are to begin payments frozen.

Other:

* Annual fee for the original manufacturers of brand drug.
* From a voluntary long-term insurance program provides money for care allowance to help them with disabilities to live in their homes or pay for home nursing: A guide begins at 5 years after payment of cover charge.

2012
