Business Plan Form Of Ownership

business plan form of ownership
If I pick investors that type of company should I form?

My plan is to bring together several investors (my partner) to form a decent amount of money. 1) collect money from partners / investors, 2) form a company where we want to provide financing to start business. 3) Make investment demand return on investment amount and ownership of capital. Any advice / suggestions are helpful

It was would be much easier to form an Investment Club first, see if you can earn money, proceeds from the siphon if it works well. Investment clubs do not require special licenses or filings, if you want, and simple contracts amongst investors. You can get the investment club software software if that helps. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Investment_club_software Otherwise, an independent investment club, usually formed in complete partnership but also can be formed as a limited liability company or limited liability company (in states that allow it). Even though the investment club may include double taxation of corporate division makes corporate structure less desirable than a partnership. As typical, a partnership does not generate any tax on the own hand, instead, any tax liability is sent to members each year. To understand the legal structure of the investment club must choose the club must first understand its clubs, which according to the above link may be small local club, a great local club, a small Club Internet, a big club or the Internet. Each of the different types of clubs will be various legal requirements and different reporting requirements SEC. Be sure to check with the National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC), also known as investors bet things.
