Business Plan Flow Chart

i have a project on managment function(Organaizing) help me?
we decide a start new business of intra city CNG Bus service in project and teacher said apply all function of managment on this business and he divide all these to group members. now my function is orgranaizing to present but i do not know who to present this. i do not know who i can organaize this business… even i make flow charts of departments and make hierarchy of them.
now i want more things to add because only department presenting is not enough.. help me can i add ruote plan in it? plz tell me more about organazing
Organizing means puting together the Organizational chart. For a bus company, I would have something like this:
Administration
Office of the president
Route Planning
Drivers
Driver Training
Accounting and Finance
Comptroller
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Sales
Services
Payroll
Benefits Coordination
Human Resources (personnel)
Maintenance
Mechanical
Housekeeping
Then you have to discuss how each department works within itself as well as within the organization as a whole. How many people do you think would be needed in each department? What kind of budget do you think would be needed? How does the bus service serve the community and how many people do you project will ride your buses around the city? How do you deal with grafiti? Do you allow for advertising on the buses? If so, what might the revenue be from this enterprise? Will you have a retail sales department? For retail, you might have a shop selling commuter coffee mugs and umbrellas, cushions, scarves and even pens – all with the company logo on it. You could come up with a whole list of items to sell.
Now you can suggest to your planning team that you can foresee three revenue sources: ticket sales, advertising on buses and retail shops within the main depot building.
There are so many things you could do for this, but it dependson how much detail you want to include. Best of luck to you and your partners. Hope this helps. Rob R
