How should i go about becoming a model & TV Actor?

I am a 17 year old male living in London. I am currently doing my A-levels (Business, Finance, ICT & Psychology) but my dream is to become a supermodel. I was thinking of becoming a Model and attempt to build my career to become recognized, and then start to go to auditions (TV and Movies). I’m also currently working on my body (abs, etc.) before applying for Modelling. This is my plan for the future but i’m not sure how to go about it. For example, how do i apply for modelling agency’s, do i pay them, etc. Thank you
