Fixed Based Operators?

I’m doing a Project where groups make up a business and come up with a plan detailing specifics such as mission statement, startup plan, profit attainment, etc. Our group chose Fixed Based Operators (FBO). My task is to find the most efficient way to approach advertising. What are some of the ways FBOs Advertise. What audience do these ads cater to?
ideas are welcome as well.

this is an unusual business, If I dare to make a comparison it is kind of like a truck stop only for aircraft. I would advertise it in two places I would place it in Aircraft publications I would also place it in a number of the business magazines. Keep in mind that many larger businesses have corporate aircraft and when they are traveling they need the services that are provided at these facilities. I would in addition send out invitations to all of the local and non local air clubs. I would also ask at the local flight schools if you can place a poster on the bulletin board telling new pilots what you have to offer. They may not own the aircraft but they darn sure will need to refuel it. The last thing that I would do is I would contact other FBOs at other Airports and ask for them to send you their poster and ask them to place yours where pilots can see it so they know that you are where you are in turn you are going to do the same for them. I would also check and see if there is a listing of FBOs , and if so I would pay to have mine placed there. List in the yellow pages.
