Business Plan Fails

How to find a business broker for the sale of business?
I come in year five of the small businesses I started. Gross sales of 250,000 $ U.S. dollars in 2009, net cash flow of $ 75K. Proven top five market. Run planned to sell for five years, and I'm itching to go to the next project. I am an entrepreneur but no manager and I'm ready to start planning my exit strategy. There are many people who want to list business, but how can I find that that will be the most important thing for me, leaving me exposed, if business can not develop in line with the new leadership? The key for me have to ask potential brokers to help me find a "1"? Please do not take the opportunity to obtain or make specific recommendations brokers.
Contact your Local / City of Commerce and Industry Chamber of Commerce and ask if they can help you find a broker
