I need help with writ ting business letters, where to I find help?
My project is ready to start but I am facing new problems. I like to write to the owner explaining the reasons of delaying the execution of the project. Reasons are as follow. The site of the project is on someone’s land, no project plan, contract document came out late. I’d like to convince the owner to push back the completion date due to the above reasons.

2 analyze audience to whom to write

4collection of data
5 organize msg
now wt u have to do is ….title page then purpose of study ….acknoledgment…then write an executive summary ..that is a page describing the whole letter purposes an outcomes in simple words for the executive…then prepare the report …if u are writing some busines proposal letter to clients

then date on right one line down
inside adres of the client
salutation that is dear mr or mis
then your intro paragraph and the complete paragraph of writing purpose
