Business Plan Equestrian Centre

Does anyone have a stable yard that I can have a proper lease on and run a riding school from?

I have a fabulous business plan for a forward thinking, client centred equestrian training facility/riding school. What I don’t have is the land, stables or facilities to run it from. I am happy to live in a Caravan if possible to do so legally, but I need a proper lease and planning permssion to run the riding school, which seems to put most people off. I’m happy to pay for the PP. At the moment we live in Cornwall, but I would consider moving to another area. Ideally I am looking for something with 15 – 20 stables an outdoor & indoor school, 35 acres of land and a cross country course. But I would consider anything that I would be allowed to develop and expand on. I’ve looked in to buying existing property, but we can’t afford to get the business up and running whilst forking out such massive mortgage payment. I am currently chasing funding for this however. Any help, advice, information will be greatly appreciated and recieved. Thank you x

*snerk* good luck!!! Like there isn’t a billion other horse-heads who want to run a stable but don’t have the facilities. Your evil plan is just like my evil plan, so I’ve settled for hoping to magically fall into millions so I can build my own facility. But seriously, best of luck- don’t let dreams be dreams and what not.
