I have a friend in Oklahoma, USA and we want to establish a parnership firm In Nevada?

Hi, I am from India and doing small scale diamond and jewellery eBusiness. I have a regular client in USA he is engaged in car delearship in Oklahoma, now we are good friends.
He and me want to open a jewellery store in Las Vegas, for that I should to move there in Vegas to look over the store as my friend is engaged in Oklahoma auto dealership.
My problem is how to move from India to USA in legal way ?
what kind of procedure I have to do for USA visa ?
We are in final stage of our partnership store in Las Vegas,
now I alone move up for Vegas, if our store works well then we will analyse future plans.
I m not a big guy in India in my jewellery business, but i have some speciality in my natural fancy color diamonds and lowest possible cost diamond jewellery.
What to do in this situation?
what to do by my friend to call me there ? can he do some procedure there in USA for legal VISA for me ?

Jewelry isn’t as much of a big deal here in Vegas as you might think. Trust me, I live there. However, I’m taking a gemology course right now and according to my teacher, foreign stones have an excellent chance of making a lot of money. If you have natural color diamonds, those are the rarest stones – well, maybe not the rarest, but certainly the most valuable.

We have immigration problems in Vegas – being close to Mexico, and all that. But you need to get a Green Card, and become a US citizen…maybe those two go together…anyway, having a friend in the US helps a great deal! You can have them as a…reference, I believe they’re called? You know, that you’re a good citizen and all that.

It would help if your friend would rent a store space for you, or at least look into it, and help you find a place to live. Living out of hotels while you’re looking for a house or apartment gets rather expensive, and the longer you have to wait for the store to get set up, the longer you’re not making money.

Sorry that’s all I know…I’m only 17, so that stuff is kind of unknown to me too.
