Now I am a home maker (due to my little baby) and want to start a business . I have plans of starting a hiring/head hunter/recruitment agency. I am looking for a business where I have low financial investment and utilize my experience. Please guide, assist.

I think you would be surprised at the costs involved, Internet databases and websites for candidates do not come cheap and require a lot of maintenance, ie Daily. I would suggest you do a little more research first and find out about the industry, and choose a specialist area to recruit for. Think about this, why would a large corporation use you to head hunt staff for them, what contacts do you have, who do you have on the books etc etc, why would a candidate list with you if you don’t have any jobs on your books.

Sorry, not trying to put you off, but I always find people think recruitment is easy money and anyone can do it, little more to it than that, and money as well.
