Business Plan covering letter explaining the master plan for the future business. This is a guide to business and operating small space workout. I explained that the ratio of teachers to students and student numbers and size classes. What else should I include? New York deals that I must add, to make it more impressive?
May include time of day you plan to have people? How many parking you need, how much beauty repairs, you should do in an age of students that you teach people (science class, you may need further room or additional fire hoses). This is just an idea.
