Business Plan Consulting Agreement

business plan consulting agreement
Non-disclosure agreement for 1st consulting meeting?

I am meeting up with an industry consultant who I don’t know personally. I want to find out more about him and discuss my future business plans. Is it normal to bring a non-disclosure agreement with to the meeting? Or is that bad taste? Where can I get something like this, if it is a standard?

If he/she is a professional consultant, you really don’t need to be concerned, unless it a patent with a simple twist. A true consultant wilI hold everything you disclose as confidential, if he/she dose not they would not be in business very long. I am a Business Consultant in Florida for about 15 years now.

If you like I would be more than happy to discuss with you via phone some questions that you may want to ask this person before you met (no strings attached). Maybe an unbiased, ( 3rd party with nothing to gain ) will give you better insight on your current situation. I always have enjoyed discussing and helping real people with their business related problems. Just send me an email if you would like me to call or email you to discuss further.
In the Spirit of Success,
Dan
