Business Plan Balance Sheet

business plan balance sheet
What to buy first – home or business?

We have a plan for the company. If we put $ 100 000 in industry, we can not buy a house. And can not be financed with at least 3 years, because banks will ask for the balance sheets and profits. If we start work and show the income, we can obtain financing to buy our first house. After some time, if we buy / start your own business and leave work, we have homes and businesses. But I can not do decision.Help me. We live in Perth WA.

I'd say that makes more sense to start / purchase business first, so you can find an apartment or rental house, get business going without all the stress of moving the new (permanent) home and you (hopefully) make money from business that can go towards saving to buy a house. If you buy a house in the first game, I hardly Whether it will be possible to get credit for business in the near future, or to accumulate enough money on the side to start the business in the near future. Sorry for the long response, generally, I think it's just better live in a nice house or apartment homes to keep all the money you can before you buy a house …. believe all the extra money would be kept at the same time to start a business and to buy things for your new home in the future!
