Business Plan Apple

Can you give me some cheesecake variety ideas?
I plan on starting a cheesecake bakery as a home-based business to start, then moving up to a store-front if the home-based is successful. I believe that I make the best basic cheesecake ever. What I need is some ideas for variations of cheesecake. Please be creative. I already make chocolate chip-caramel, dutch apple, turtle, cherry, strawberry, blueberry… so other ideas are appreciated.
Banana cheesecake is wonderful with a caramel drizzling.
