Hi We are planning to move to Perth, I've read a lot about this city but still have a question the following points: 1 Room rental house for 4 people in a good area that is suitable for families? near the high school, university 2nd Can we get support to teach at a university or college that we should not pay for school in Scotland? 3. My parents are both looking for a job with a high skill level, the labor is good there? 4. If anyone has a plan to open a business such as: restaurant or cafe, will be no profit? 5. It's really cold in the winter there? We have a lot of rain in Scotland where we want to get rid of. 6. It's pretty much expensive for the family to live in Perth? 7. Is is another town with the same benefits from Perth, but cheaper to live?
I moved to Perth from the north of our country in the past year and found it a great place to live. I was worried about the temperature is too cold in winter, I'm more accustomed to 40 degree days, but it was not too cold at all. I rented 4 bedroom house last year for $ 290, but it was in Port Kennedy 40kms from the city. It was right near the beach, however, as highway passes from the northern part of town to the south of town … is not far to go somewhere on here. There are good schools and Murdoch University Campus down also. Labor well .. business opportunities for good and I think it's really cheap to live here … especially when compared with the cost of life in my hometown in the north. Overall I love it here so my children … one who started high school here this year. I was worried he would not like it, as He was in a small school in his entire life, but it is just the opposite.
