Best Restaurant Business Plan Software

Getting started in small business …?
I owned software companies in the past that does not require any initial capital, just time and hard labor. But now I want to start businesses that require space leasing and renovation of space for accommodation of business (eg restaurant would do, except it is not a restaurant). My problem is I do not know how to get started with the business plan of so many variables: 1 Type of commercial properties for rent? I think I have a good idea on this, I do not have to be a typical commercial areas, but it must be about 1000 square meters, so way, I mean something "where house-how." 2. Do landlords allow you to change the interior of the building interior? 3. What are the pitfalls of commercial leases and to find agents? 4. Are there special people who scout locations? 5. What is the best way to go about finding contractors for the construction of the Interior? 6. Once I determine price of 1-5, it is the least risky way to raise capital for such enterprises? Thank you all!
I have my own company is planning events and so I know what you say Fr. There are a lot of expenses. Recently, I've just invested $ 500 in other business areas, and I have already three times that investment in 9 days on top of me residual income. And you really can not not go wrong with technology. Each wants. Think about what kind of business you go on. Is there a demand for it? By arranging activities it is business, but nothing like I do with business VOIP. Good luck Nicole www.5linx.net/elocin
