Hello What is the best way to return to the programming now if my skills are "behind the curve?

Is the best way to return to school, specific technical courses, or online learning? Are interested in other specific curricula, if they had to do with the same situation, please? I think the briefing was Visual Studio 5.0, C #, ASP.NET, SQL Server. . . is what is a good place to start? Me being able to program and support "Test" is probably in C #, and maybe to write different code automation testing. preferred response from the computer / IT professionals who has been in business more than 10 years, please?
