10 Key Business Plan Components

Since the new year, let's talk about upgrading your business model and business plan. This crime is so much work to write a business plan only to sabotage your chances of getting funded by omitting or short changing key components. When a financier, Board of Directors or key executive assesses your plan, they should see the 10 topics I will cover this week. The problem is that many businesses plans I have read the same mistakes. As is true facilitator, you know where your business is and you know how to get there.
